Most properties have two large double bedrooms and every room has different features and views. Sympathetically converted from Victorian farm buildings, there is a wealth of oak and elm beams and 150 year old brickwork.

The single storey properties have an open-plan design giving a feel of spaciousness. Carpets, curtains and blinds are provided. They have wood effect flooring, all modern facilities and beautiful views over the courtyard, fields and woodland beyond.

The two storey properties have exposed stud work throughout and uninterrupted south-facing views to landscaped grounds and beautiful surrounding countryside. In the kitchen there are exposed timbers and original elm feather-edge boarding which has been kept as a feature.

The sitting rooms in our two storey properties are in excess of 30ft x 30ft with studwork exposed throughout. As well as incorporating individual character, the properties have full modern specifications of gas central heating, and double glazing. Both bedrooms are double rooms and there is a feel of openness and spaciousness in all the properties. Carpets, curtains and blinds are provided.

Both single and two storey properties have access to broadband and Sky TV.
